Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Offshore – India, Remote)
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect for a 6-month contract (with possible extension) – fully remote within India.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Proven experience in automating ITSM processes using AI capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI-driven workflows)
- Ability to design scalable architecture and lead end-to-end implementations
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Location: Remote (India)
Contract: 6 months + extension
