About the Role
Epergne Solutions is looking for ServiceNow Architect in India with extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules and capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified SPM Architect (or equivalent certification)
- Architect and design comprehensive SPM solutions for demand management, resource management and financial planning
- Define and implement data models, workflows, and integrations to support SPM processes.
- Ensure that SPM solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Integrate SPM with other IT systems, such as ITSM, CMDB, and ERP, to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support integrations
- Develop and implement process enhancements using SPM capabilities
