As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to support IT service management best practices. This role requires advanced English communication skills and offers the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on configuration, customization, and enhancement.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of ServiceNow instances.
- Implement and optimize ITIL service management best practices within ServiceNow.
- Manage and configure CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Management modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
