About the Role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support. Responsible for generating revenue throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible for following up on customer acceptance of new equipment. Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records. Provide technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis and solutions for customer equipment failures. Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department and assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements.
