Responsibilities
Monitoring and controlling the KPI of every branch of the service center under supervision.Supporting managing and executing ESC service store regulation management.Reviewing and supporting the AIOT service supplier management.Assisting the service operation of KPI review and Pending claims processing.Creating output weekly service operation results and the summary of improvement.Assisting in finishing the workload by the country service manager.
