Description
• Responsible for Subregion level Aftermarket service sales business to deliver order commitment and growth w. increasing connection with customers; providing incremental prospecting and driving new business.
• Align, establish, and execute service sales strategic and operational sales plan, including sales activities, funnel and forecast review, sales processes, and compliance management, etc.
• Capable of identifying business opportunities by deep understanding customer’s needs and working with Service Division & China Customer Service Organization (CSO) teams to formulate and deploy holistic sales plan to effectively capture the identified opportunities.
• Lead and develop the service sales team’s capability including both Operating Managers and sales team w. customer centric mindset and accountability.
