In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
- Motivate all employees through coaching/development
- Back up Service Business Mgr
- Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform final approvals on equipment
