- Assist in diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Perform final approvals on equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up.
- Assist in quoting repairs and maintaining records.
- Build effective team dynamics with all departments.
- Encourage safe working habits.
Requirements
- Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostics.
- Have 5+ years of experience performing complex repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly; 40–75 lbs occasionally.
