Service Sales Engineer

About the position

Service Projects Engineer responsible for developing new service opportunities, sales strategy, and maintaining relationships in the beverage (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic), dairy, home & personal care, and liquid food industries.

Your responsibilities and tasks

• Proactive customer visits and development of long‑term relationships with full awareness and accountability of client business.
• Develop the service sales strategy to meet objectives for following years.
• Identify, develop and close service project opportunities within the target clusters.
• Find new ways to provide the best customer experience.
• Partner with New Machines sales engineers to identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities with responsibility for multiple product groups and applications.
• Coordinate service sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
