About the Role
The overall objective of the Service Representative is to, though not limited to, managing the after sales service enquiries of the white good products, as part of the after sales service team. In this role, the Service Representative is primarily responsible for capturing customer after sales queries and issues, troubleshooting of the queries and issues and organising resolutions.
In this role you will instill and sustain customer satisfaction and dedicated account management within the distribution of clients, while providing a strong team and customer service culture. Quantitively the Service Representative attends and resolves customer issues within a 72 business hour time frame whilst maintaining and assisting in managing servicing costs within Residentia Group products.
