Service Manager

About the role:

As our Service Manager, you will be part of our Institutional Division where you will be responsible for the overall management of installations, troubleshooting and the upgrading of our equipment across our Hospitality, Aged and Health Care customers within NSW. You will be providing value through key project installations of our Ware Washing, Laundry and Housekeeping equipment on site as well as providing escalated troubleshooting and maintenance support.

This is a pivotal role where the successful applicant will proactively identify and respond to known equipment failures, determine cost estimates and support our internal team through the implementation of service improvements to our customer operations.
