Service Head

We are seeking a Service Head S & W to join. You will be responsible for

leading the team who is accountable for Field Service and Repair facility function for PAN India Region,

which involves handling customer service and handling P & L for Field Service function. Your role plays a

crucial part in the organization, which will contribute to generating business opportunities for service

sales, customer NPS Score. In this position, you will report to VP, SSR Aggregates, India.

This position is mainly located in Bangalore/Gurugram/Chennai, However, it involves up to 50-70% of

travel to various sites across India.
