Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Vadodara. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering technical assistance to customers. The role involves conducting routine maintenance, repair and commissioning of Industrial X-ray Generators, CR( computed radiography) , and DR ( Direct radiography) , while ensuring that all services meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Clear and effective communication with customers and team members will be an essential part of day-to-day activities.
