About the Role

What you will do

As a Service Engineer you will: 
Travel to customer sites to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations;
Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes;
Train customer operators and support production efficiency; 

Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development;

Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards;

Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery;

Maintain a clean, safe work environment;

Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team.

We believe you have
Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles;
