JOB DETAILS

1) Service engineers have to repair and service all the equipment 
2) Perform on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs

3) Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location

4) Provide on-site training to the customers

5) Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until 
customer is satisfied.

6) Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.

7) Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

8) Timely and professionally handle field service calls 

9) Follow all company’s procedures and protocols

10) Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organization

11) Build positive relationships with customers.
