Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site service support , troubleshooting, and maintenance for Access Control and CCTV systems .
Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime as per SLA commitments.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in Genetec , CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Maintain proper service documentation , including checklists, maintenance reports, and system health reports.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during service and maintenance activities.
Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration changes as required.
