About the Role

Your tasks!

  • Installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of machines at the customer's site
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of system malfunctions, both remotely and on-site
  • Application support in the field of ultrasonic and laser bonding
  • Performing regular maintenance and servicing of machines and systems
  • Training and instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the equipment
  • Independent planning and execution of customer visits within the scope of existing service contracts
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for customer inquiries and fault reports
