+ Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau
+ Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract
+ Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue
+ Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.
+ Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue
+ Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation

**Requirements**

+ 3 years maintenance experience or above (within this industry is an advantage but not a must)
+ High Diploma or above in Engineering or similar field
+ Outstanding communication skills
+ An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
