Role
- To support Sales in all service-related topics and activities, including but not limited to product repairs & its
documentation, service data collection, product failure analysis & trouble shooting
- To act as a contact point towards the customer
Responsibilities
On-site
Uninstall and install Mechanical Seals and other EB products at customer site
Witness & documentation during commissioning (start-up)
Explain basic technical matters (such as repairs, failure reasons) to the customer
Propose product upgrades & conversions in cooperation with Sales & TSS
In-house
Disassemble, assemble, and clean Mechanical Seals & other EB products and its components
Observation, inspection and assessment of disassembled products and its components, incl. dimension taking
and photographic documentation
