Join Honda as a Sr. Engineer – Service (MC Field), and play a key role in supporting our 3S dealer network, strengthening workshop operations, and delivering excellent after-sales service to achieve total customer satisfaction in motorcycle operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Honda's 3S dealers in ensuring smooth, high-quality motorcycle service operations.
Assist dealers with technical issues, improve service performance, and help create after‑sales programs that increase customer visits and satisfaction.
Ensure dealers follow Honda's service standards, implement field service programs, and provide accurate reports and updates to support decision-making.
Help prepare dealers before store opening to ensure readiness and operational excellence.
