Main Objective:
Ensure second level service (and first level when needed) to our colleagues (or customers), for the X-Ray systems we have built; supporting in creation of technical documentation.
Your Role :
Trainer for training on the maintenance, troubleshooting and use of our machines.Use of the SAP management system for transactions.Remote support for customers and colleagues. Onsite service activites when necessary.Laboratory activities: repairs and setting of the devices, testing,Support to internal production.updating existing documentation.Cooperate in developments of new projects (new machines)Your Profile
