Position Overview
The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automotive workshop equipment.
This role requires strong technical expertise, field service capability, and customer-oriented professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission workshop equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Repair and replace defective parts
- Conduct equipment testing and safety inspections
- Provide technical training to customers
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for project execution
