Service Engineer

Job Summary:

Reports directly to the Technical Manager, and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory equipment supplied to the clients. The role supports the technical team in ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and that all service standards are met.

Office Location: Inside Greenwoods Executive Village (Pasig/Cainta/Taytay)

Key responsibilities

• Performs inpection and installation of laboratory equipment.
• Executes both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance. This involves advanced troubleshooting of complex hardware/software issues and repairing or replacing faulty components.
• Conducts calibration and performance verification of laboratory equipment
• Serves as the primary technical point of contact, providing both on-site and remote/phone support, and actively building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
