**Job Summary:**
If you are a passionate Customer Service professional, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Service Engineer/Admin to work for our Pressure Management Business unit. This role will aim to provide excellent customer experience through timely and accurate service solutions.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Support LCS leader and ISE for KOB3 offers (Budgetary/Firm), as per customer requirements
+ Ensure Order entry for KB3 orders in system within 24 hours with internal co-ordination, if the order is technically and commercially clear. If required, checking with customer/Sales for getting amendments/Query reply etc.
+ Ensuring all the details from customers for the accurate ordering is available and sending order to SOM for order booking.
