SERVICE DESK ANALYST - L1 CZECH SPEAKER (ET98)
Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office/week)
Salary: competitive

Tasks:
Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
Availability shift rostering for 24x7
Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor ticket queues and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Guide end users step-by-step through problem resolution via phone, email, or chat.
