SERVICE DESK ANALYST - L1 CZECH SPEAKER (ET98)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office/week)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contractor

Tasks:

  • Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
  • Availability shift rostering for 24x7
  • Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
