About the Role

TEKsystems is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk Technician to support a growing enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for entry-level to mid-level candidates to gain hands-on experience within a structured IT support team with strong career growth potential.
Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat

+ Troubleshoot issues related to:

+ Microsoft 365 (O365)

+ Active Directory (password resets, access requests)

+ Basic hardware/software issues


+ Log and manage tickets using ServiceNow

+ Support user access, system issues, and general IT inquiries

+ Escalate complex issues as needed

+ Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English

Qualifications

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

+ Experience in a help desk or IT support role (or strong technical aptitude)

+ Basic knowledge of O365 and Active Directory...
