Service Designer – Data and Analytics
We are seeking a Service Designer to support a centre of excellence that delivers services enabling data access, analytics, and innovation to support data‑informed decision making. This role works across the organization to design and deliver data products with agility, business focus, and transformation, ensuring data is treated as a corporate asset.

- Conduct review, discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, service design, technical documentation, prototyping, evaluation, and gap analysis for data initiatives
- Integrate human‑centered design methods into data product development and delivery
