About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager – Plumbing to join our Asset Services team based at Hendra.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing maintenance and minor works, ensuring services are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

As the Service Delivery Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensure contracted plumbing services are delivered in strict compliance with contract obligations, safety requirements, and customer expectations
• Interpret contracts, systems, and workflows to effectively plan work, allocate resources, and manage the forward pipeline
