Service Delivery Lead

The opportunity

 The purpose of your role is to ‘lead the delivery’ of business change initiatives, features and enhancements. With an analysis and change delivery background and ability to wear multiple hats, this role will be responsible for managing work across multiple teams including managing dependencies, risks and issues across work items. This will include liaising between developers, service or product owners, architects to ensure the service is built and delivered to the customer. In addition to having outstanding technical BA capabilities, your role will require a comprehensive understanding of Agile / Waterfall project delivery, project delivery systems, as well as experience with program / project management, design, change management, development and testing.
