Service Crew/Retail Crew

Main Scope:

The Service Crew is a versatile team member responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling both front-of-house (e.g., cashiering, order fulfillment) and back-of-house (e.g., food preparation, kitchen support) tasks. This role ensures smooth kitchen operations, maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supports sales through efficient order processing and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-of-House (Cashier & Dispatch Duties)

• Process customer orders accurately using the POS system and issue Official Receipts.
• Maintain item availability by updating inventory on Alfred and third-party platforms.
• Handle receipt storage, record-keeping, and assist in basic administrative tasks.

Back-of-House (Line Cook Duties)
