The GH Patisserie Sdn. Bhd. – Johor Bahru, Johor

As a Service Crew at our patisserie in Johor Bahru, you will be responsible for delivering warm and friendly customer service while supporting daily café operations. This position is open for both our Eco Botanic and Mount Austin outlets. No prior experience is required , as on-the-job training will be provided . Candidates with knowledge or experience in coffee barista work and latte art will have an added advantage and be considered first.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and polite customer service
• Take customer orders and handle cashier duties
• Serve pastries, cakes and beverages
• Assist with basic drinks preparation
• Familiar with all product information (including components and allergens) and able to promote to customers
