Service Crew

Overview

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the food stall. This role ensures a positive and efficient experience for customers while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to stall menu.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tables, and the food stall area.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Assist in setting up and closing the stall.
