We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected construction equipment dealership in Atlantic Canada that is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating and scheduling service work and shop activity
• Supporting technicians and the Service Manager with daily operations
• Opening and managing work orders
• Communicating with customers regarding service updates and timelines
• Coordinating with the parts department to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Helping deliver a strong customer service experience
