About the Role
Operational Management: Ensure smooth workflow across the workshop and reception department by managing approved work orders, maintaining quality execution, and ensuring proper documentation of all processes. Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service that meets their current needs and anticipates future requirements. Team Management: Direct and motivate employees in the workshop and reception, overseeing time management, production rates, and overtime calculations. Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure they meet the required job standards and enhance their technical skills.
