Service and Calibration Engineer

Genetron represents premium electronic test & measurement instruments in ASEAN. These instruments enable electronic engineers characterize their designs, understand imperfections & ultimately implement changes that bring products towards perfection. To support the growth, we are hiring Service and Calibration engineers to join our teams in Penang & Shah Alam.

The role of the service/calibration engineer is to ensure all test instruments sold by Genetron are in premium working condition through regular calibration & maintenance. If instruments occasionally break down, the service/calibration engineer should work with customers to have the instrument promptly repaired, calibrated and restored to working order, according to its specified performance. This ensures good customers’ experience when performing their test engineering duties using Genetron instruments.
