About the Role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries.
- Prepare job cards, quotations, and guide customers through service processes.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide updates to customers on service progress.
- Support front‑desk operations and maintain a professional environment.
Compensation
- Basic started from RM1,700 to RM2,500 + Incentives.
- Incentives available based on service upsells or customer satisfaction.
- Great exposure to the automotive industry and career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in communication (English & Malay).
- Interest in cars, customer service, or automotive operations.
- Prior experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.
- Students or fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
