About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries.
  • Prepare job cards, quotations, and guide customers through service processes.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide updates to customers on service progress.
  • Support front‑desk operations and maintain a professional environment.

Compensation

  • Basic started from RM1,700 to RM2,500 + Incentives.
  • Incentives available based on service upsells or customer satisfaction.
  • Great exposure to the automotive industry and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in communication (English & Malay).
  • Interest in cars, customer service, or automotive operations.
  • Prior experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.
