Job Description
Greets customers, schedules service appointments, receives vehicle information and handles customer complaints.
Listens to request of the customer, advises customers about recommended service requirements.
Prepare work order for needed repairs (time, cost and labour charges).
Liaises with technician regarding customer needs.
Processes invoices and collects payment.
Computer literate for date entry and assisting in daily operations.
Undertakes any duties in relation to general administrative duties.
Is flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as required.
