Service Advisor

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service repair work and following the progress of repairs throughout the shift. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilites

• Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Provides customers with complete and accurate written cost estimates, establish time require to complete work.
