About the role:
Communicate with customers on work requests and conveying these requests to the Production Control and Service Workshop Section with the objective of ensuring that customer requirements are addressed within the standard service procedure. Markets the services offered by the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer concerns, document the issues, and gather detailed information about the vehicle’s performance to provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair procedures, and associated costs.
- Performs vehicle checklist and secures personal belongings of clients are properly accounted/returned. Ensures that the customer confirmed/acknowledged the result of the checklist performed.
