Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Allocate service and Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) calls to Field Service Technicians in line with branch KPIs and procedures.
• Log all customer and technician breakdown requests and schedule PMP bookings.
• Monitor and action the Service Bookings email inbox promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer, technician, and system data within SMS/AS400.
• Process all Service Job Cards, Credits, Warranty Cards, and related documentation.
