Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and maintain the work order inbox.
- Convert incoming emails into job entries within the job management system.
- Coordinate closely with schedulers once jobs are created.
- Generate reportsto support operational insights and decision-making.
- Answer and manage phone communications with schedulers as needed.
- Provide administrative support to schedulers to help manage workload effectively.
- Handle customer invoicing and related documentation.
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
