About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Act as liaison between service team and customers.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Attend customer visits with professionalism.
  • Process service orders, reports, and spreadsheets (often in Excel or SAP).
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Coordinate billing for completed work and service.
  • Assist in planning and logistics.
  • Ensure service delivery meets company standards.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Teams).
  • Support service managers in completing work orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably Graduate of any business degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP.
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is highly valued.
