About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as liaison between service team and customers.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and scheduling efficiently.
- Attend customer visits with professionalism.
- Process service orders, reports, and spreadsheets (often in Excel or SAP).
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate billing for completed work and service.
- Assist in planning and logistics.
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Teams).
- Support service managers in completing work orders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably Graduate of any business degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP.
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is highly valued.
