JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process, review, and monitor Free Service Coupon (FSC) claims based on Honda Philippines policies.
Ensure claims are evaluated accurately and payables are closed within the target turnaround time (TAT).
Prepare reports needed to support the operations of the Service Admin section.
Coordinate with dealers and internal teams for clarifications, corrections, or follow-ups.
Investigate disputed or questionable claims and recommend proper resolutions.
Monitor the performance of service providers and dealers in relation to FSC targets.
