About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal
- Process payments using the POS system
- Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role or customer service preferred
- Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-pressure setting
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to stand and move around for extended periods
