Server/Waitstaff

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
• Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal
• Process payments using the POS system
• Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service preferred
• Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-pressure setting
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand and move around for extended periods
