About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application configuration issues.
- Combined system administration role such as:
- User Administration (set-up and maintaining account)
- System maintenance
- Ensure that the peripherals are working properly
- Monitor system performance and network communication
- Create file systems, back-up and recovery policy
- Install software
- Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
- Setup security policies for users. A systems administrator must have a strong grasp of computer security such as:
- Firewalls
- Intrusion Detection System
- Provides server support for test environment
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in Windows Administration, Linux, Unix, Active Directory, and Server Virtualization
