岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
Lead an in-house and outsourced mechanical design engineering team, overseeing the design of printed circuit board layouts, structural sheet metal enclosures, and plastic parts for next-generation servers. Collaborate with architects to finalize design concepts, then lead the development and validation of the designed solutions. Contribute to the design of common building block components that are applicable across the product portfolio. Report weekly project progress and status to the management team. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including thermal, power, system, and extended teams to ensure designs meet business and marketing requirements. 岗位要求/Job Requirements： Be capable of independently creating mechanical designs, evaluating designs submitted by other team members, and troubleshooting and resolving design bugs as they arise.
