SerDes System Development Engineer

Job Description•Responsible for high-speed SerDes development, including firmware design and implementing algorithms, IC functional verification, system performance optimization, and customer support (familiar with architecture, firmware, debugging, optimization, and testing tasks).
• Develop automated verification (by C++, Python, C#, and MATLAB)
• Collaborate with analog/digital teams to co-develop chips from prototype design to mass production.
• Achieve customer design-in and support mass production.

#LI-LYNNRequirement• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.
• Better with one of the following knowledge/experience
Ethernet Networking, High-speed SerDes related, SI/PI Knowledge
