This role is for someone who has personally executed SEO strategies, understands what drives ROI, and can now lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed.
We want someone who can:

- Identify whatâs broken
- Build a strategy to fix it
- Execute or direct execution
- Tie SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes
