Senior/Principal Scientist – Oligonucleotide Chemistry (US/China)

A rapidly growing, well-funded biotech is seeking a Senior/Principal Scientist in Oligonucleotide Chemistry and Technology (based in Boston/East Coast of United States or China) to advance RNA therapeutics from discovery into the clinic.

Key Focus

• Lead oligonucleotide (siRNA/ASO) chemistry programs from early discovery to development
• Drive innovation in oligo chemistry, conjugation strategies, and targeted delivery
• Oversee and collaborate with global CROs and external partners
• Support IP strategy and transition of novel modalities into development

Requirements

• PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field
• Deep expertise in oligonucleotide, nucleoside, and nucleotide chemistry
• Proven leadership in RNA drug discovery environments
