At One YMCA, our Youth Clubs provide safe, inclusive and engaging spaces where young people aged 9–18 can connect, learn new skills, build resilience and have fun. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Youth Development Worker to lead and develop our youth provision in Hatfield and the surrounding area.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established youth club, develop innovative youth work projects, and support the growth of our services through the development of new youth provision.
